The
work is based on the experience of General Practice Section of
School of Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education in Wales
(Postgraduate Deanery) in delivering systems of appraisal and
CPD for GPs in Wales over the past eight years.
The
intended audience for this publication includes everyone who has
an interest in the delivery of appraisal and continuing
professional development (CPD) systems for general practice in
the UK.The interface with clinical governance makes this
