Managing the Practice
Managing the Practice provides open learning for primary
health care managers, dental practice managers and community nurse
managers. It is particularly useful for those who manage GP
practices, as they will be able to use their responses as evidence
to meet the majority of the managerial competencies outlined in the
national competency framework for practice managers. The
workbooks encourage creative, independent and
flexible learning. Learners can study at their own
pace at a time which is convenient to them and their workplace.
This three-part, open learning programme helps to
provide the
underpinning evidence for the S/NVQ Level 4 in management, and equivalent qualifications.

healthcare politics and human resource management.
