Who is it for?

This three-part programme is equally suitable for receptionist who are new to the role or those who have many years experience.

Newly appointed receptionist's will gain comprehensive and indispensable knowledge empowering them to play a more active and productive role in their workplace.  Those who are experienced will also gain great benefits with a renewed sense of satisfaction and enthusiasm for their job role.

What do you Get?

As explained under 'Structure' there are two ways of completing the programme, formal or distance learning.  The material we provide is basically the same for both of these options, however, there are some differences.  For formal learning the course organiser will undertake the administration of the course and assess the assignments. 

Every learner receives:

  • Interactive workbooks for each part

  • The Receptionist's Handbook for each part 
  • Accompanying first aid text for Part 3
  • PRP certificate of achievement upon completion of each part

Distance learning students will also receive the following:

  • A training contact
  • A training record to monitor their progress
  • A Mentor's Pack for each part including model answers
  • External assessment of a practice-based assignment for each part
