Who is it for?

The Dental Receptionist Programme (DRP) is a ideal for all dental receptionists, irrespective of their length of service. 

The material uses modern learning styles to encourage reflective study to consolidate knowledge. It can be used to support learners in gaining evidence towards NVQ Level 2, if required. 

Staff from both the NHS and private sectors benefit and learn how to contribute more effectively to the practice.
